Holy Family College of Health Sciences (Phalombe) invites suitably qualified candidates to apply for admission into the following non-residential programs for the July 2026 intake.
Programs on offer:
1. Diploma in Nursing and Midwifery Technician – 3 years (6 semesters)
Requirements: Age 16–45, MSCE or equivalent with 4 credits including English, Biology, Chemistry or Physics or Physical Science, plus any one from Agriculture, Geography, Home Economics, Mathematics.
2. Certificate in Pharmacy – 2 years (4 semesters)
Requirements: Age 16–45, MSCE with 6 credits in English, Biology, Chemistry or Physical Science, Mathematics, plus any other two subjects.
3. Certificate in Community Midwifery – 1½ years (3 semesters)
Requirements: Age 20–45, full MSCE with credits in English and Biology, and a pass in Physical Science, Physics, Chemistry or Mathematics.
Fees (per semester for all programs):
• Tuition: MK 690,000
• Development fund: MK 80,000
• Once off fees as per program
• Fees may be paid in three instalments but are subject to change without notice.
• No sponsorship available – candidates must find own food and accommodation and provide proof of ability to pay fees.

• Deposit slip for non refundable processing fee of MK 20,000 (slip must bear candidate’s name)
• Copy of MSCE certificate or notification of results
• Proof of ability to pay fees (sponsor letter, employer letter, or bank statement)

Important notes:
• Candidates previously withdrawn on academic grounds from Holy Family or any CHAM institution are not eligible.
• It is a criminal offence to submit fake certificates or results. Offenders will be reported to police.
• The College does not use TNM Mpamba, Airtel Money, Mukuru, or any personal bank accounts. It does not use middlemen for recruitment, accommodation, or scholarships. Report any such requests to police.
